Do you accept orders outside of Canada?
Yes, we accept American and International orders, please refer to the shipping page for charges and delivery times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal, online credit card and Money Orders.
What currency is used? All of our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you would like to pay in US dollars, check out with Money Order as payment, then contact me and I will send a Paypal invoice for the total in US dollars.
What shipping methods are used?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. See shipping page for more details.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Food orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders that include Things for Wings brand toys will be shipped within 1-5 business days, during promotions, this may take longer. Please refer to the shipping page for additional information.
If I live on the lower mainland, can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can come and pick it up. If you are close, we may be able to deliver it to you. Enter local pick up in the comments at check out and your shipping charges will be refunded.
Will I be charged a handling fee?
There is no additional handling fee. Shipping charges are calculated by the cart. Please refer to the shipping page for additional information.
What if I don't want the quantity listed - either a larger or smaller amount?
Feel free to email us and we will send you a price.
Do you wholesale?
Yes we do wholesale, we are a Canadian distributor for natural toy parts. Please contact danita@thingsforwings.ca for more information.
Can I return my order?
No, we do not offer returns. We do not risk the spread of disease to our customers.
Is your shop bird free?
Yes, Things for Wings operates in its own warehouse. There is absolutely no contact with our own flock. We take the risk of disease very seriously.
Are your products bird safe?
All of the items in the store are considered bird safe. However, supervision is recommended for all toys. Accidents do happen, take the safety of your flock seriously and check toys daily. Choose appropriate sized toys for your birds (watch for loops or rings that can fit over your bird's head). If you have a particularly rambunctious parrot, email us and we will offer further description of products.
Will you add my website to your links page?
Please email us the link to your site and we will consider submissions. However, we are interested in registered rescues and quality bird education websites.
